We are a multidisciplinary Architecture, Construction & Engineering, Interiors and Real Estate company focused on creating purposeful, high-quality spaces. From concept and design to engineering, construction and project management, we provide an integrated approach that brings every stage together under one roof, delivering innovative, efficient and thoughtfully built environments.
Our architects, engineers, project managers, interior designers and real estate advisors work as one team. Ideas move from paper to site without being passed between companies, and you deal with one point of contact from start to finish.
We work on independent houses, villas, apartments, offices, retail and hospitality spaces, and plotted developments across Hyderabad and Telangana.

Who is Magicspace?
Magicspace Designers & Developers Private Limited is a design-and-build company based in Uppal, Hyderabad. We offer architecture, construction and engineering, interiors and real estate services under one roof.
Where is your office?
Our corporate office is at H. No. 2-129/6/A, Vijayapuri Colony, Uppal, Hyderabad, 500 039. We are open Mon – Sat: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
What kind of projects do you take up?
Independent houses and villas, apartments, offices and commercial buildings, restaurants, cafés and hotels, retail spaces, and plotted layouts and developments across Hyderabad and Telangana.
How is Magicspace different from hiring separate firms?
Our architects, engineers, interior designers and site teams work as one team. Designs are checked for cost and buildability early, and you have one point of contact from the first meeting to handover.
Do you work outside Hyderabad?
Most of our projects are in Hyderabad, Secunderabad and the rest of Telangana. We take up selected projects elsewhere, so tell us the location and we will confirm.
